Our Promise

If there are any manufacturing defects in your BERG product that arise within the warranty period, we will repair the part that is defective or replace the product in its entirety with the same product. If the part or the product has been discontinued, we will replace with a comparable product.

Exceptions

The warranty will cover standard use of the product and has some exceptions. These exceptions are:

• Misuse of the product, including usage of product outside of it's intended setting
• Mistreatment of the product, including damage resulting from sharp or blunt objects
• Normal wear and tear
• Discolouration due to light exposure, chemical exposure, and friction
• Failure of parts due to overloading weight

Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications will not be covered by the warranty.
