All BERG products are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne.
Most of our products are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days.

Upon purchasing a product from BERG, you can expect to receive:

• An order confirmation email
• An email notification when the order has been picked up by the carrier. This will include a tracking number. In some cases, you may receive two or more consignments, and accordingly, multiple email notifications with relevant tracking numbers.
• A notification when the order has been delivered. Please note, some of our deliveries require a signature to be delivered for purposes of order confirmation and security.

We currently only ship to Australian addresses.

All orders over $50 receive free shipping.
