We currently ship Australia wide. If you have any questions on shipping, please reach out via email atΒ info@berggoods.comΒ 

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days and depending on where you're located, your order will arrive in 1-5 business days thereafter. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your item has been shipped.

Note: Some orders may be sent in two or more separate consignments. You will receive tracking numbers for each consignment.

Shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, the shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.

Sorry, we do not. Some of our products require a signature to confirm receipt, so we are unable to deliver to a POΒ Box address.

After the return is approved and received by us, your refund will be transferred to you in the original form of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.

All Floe coolers are guaranteed by a limitedΒ 5 year warranty. If you are experiencing any issues with a BERG cooler, please send a description of the issue along with photographs or videos of the product to info@berggoods.com and we'll work with you to provide a solution.

Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, or modifications will not be covered by the warranty.

Unfortunately, our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. For general cleaning, we recommend using soap and warm water.

For a more thorough clean, use a solution of warm water and bleach (6:1 ratio) with a sponge. Odours can easily get trapped in hard to reach areas such as around the gasket and drain plug, so be sure to thoroughly clean those areas.

All Drift and Rime lids and caps are dishwasher-safe. To maximise the life of your Drift Tumbler, Rime Bottle, or Rime Stubby Holder, we recommend cleaning by hand with dish soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners. For a more thorough clean, remove gaskets, wash, and dry separately before reinstalling.
